Important Information

Urgent medical care outside regular office hours.

Existing Patients Only: The After-Hours Clinic is specifically designed to cater to the needs of our existing patients. If you are not currently registered with the Princess Street Medical Clinic or Limestone FHO, we kindly request that you seek care from your primary healthcare provider or visit the nearest emergency department.

Contact Information: In case of urgent medical problems outside regular office hours, please contact our After-Hours Clinic at the provided telephone number or emergency line. Our friendly staff will be ready to assist you and guide you through the process.

Verification Process: To ensure that our services are available to our existing patients, our staff will ask you to provide your full name, date of birth, and any other relevant identification details. This verification step allows us to maintain the continuity of care and ensure that we can attend to your urgent healthcare needs.

Appointment Scheduling: Once your eligibility as an existing patient is confirmed, our staff will work with you to schedule an appointment at the After-Hours Clinic. We strive to provide timely access to medical care and will do our best to accommodate your urgent needs.

Eligibility for the After-Hours Clinic:

Existing Patient Status:

Only individuals who are registered and have an established medical history at Princess Street Medical Clinic are eligible for the After-Hours Clinic.

This ensures that we have access to your medical records and can provide appropriate continuity of care.

Urgent Non-Life-Threatening Issues:

The After Hours Clinic is equipped to handle urgent medical concerns that do not require immediate emergency intervention. Examples include sudden illness, minor injuries, worsening of chronic conditions, or new worrisome symptoms.

Emergency Situations:

If you believe you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, such as chest pain, severe bleeding, difficulty breathing, or stroke symptoms, please call 911 immediately or proceed directly to the nearest emergency department. Our After Hours Clinic is not equipped to handle such emergencies.

Complex and Ongoing Care:

While we are committed to providing quality care at the
After Hours Clinic, it is important to understand that our services do not replace the comprehensive and ongoing care provided by your primary healthcare provider. For
routine check-ups, prescription renewals, lab test results, or non-urgent matters, we kindly request that you schedule an appointment during regular office hours.
